「呼吸、癒し、そして目的をもった生き方。」～Breath, Healing and Living with Purpose～
Spirit is one of the most identifiable aspects of being alive. We acknowledge that there is this vibrancy coursing through our bodies and connecting it to those around us in all forms of life. For some we learn concepts to bend that energy through various energetic centers or plexuses and for others through a framed point of mind we map out these lines of energy that course through the body and the systems outside of the body.
These ways are all about connection. Connection from macro to micro and the reverse. Essentially, we learn one thing, that Spirit is moving and it connected to us – us as the mind, us as the breath, us as all the messy, love-able energetic stuff.
This workshop will explore the practice of directing and understanding life energy and its relationship with the mind and healing through a variety of yoga selected techniques and theories to promote positive feelings and well being.
This workshop is suitable for all level practitioners and will include a heavy emphasis on breathing (pranayama), manipulating the breath and using it more effectively seated as well as with some simple physical practices.
